Quick shuttle is a transport company which is very popular among the shuttles in Kenyan transport industry. It was founded in Kitale town by David Kimathi and Patrick Mwika. In the beginning, they started with 20 staff members and plied the Kitale- Kakamega-Kisumu route. They also offer parcel services to all the routes they currently cover. After a very short while in the market, they managed to add 10 more employees, 10 more shuttles and expand to more towns like Kitale, Lodwar and Kakuma.
Quick shuttle has various vehicles which have 11,14,15 and 16 seats. Their drivers and other staff members also attend annual NTSA meetings to improve on the quality of their services. Their administrator always keeps in touch with every staff from every office through daily calls.
There is definitely no doubt that this shuttle is one of the most competitive in the market, as they are always expanding and are now working on offering digitized service to their clients.
